kde-config-sddm software package provides KCM module for SDDM, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-config-sddm
kde-config-sddm is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-config-sddm package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-config-sddm *
You will get with kde-config-sddm package name, version, architecture and description in a table
